Some weeks may be faster & longer\, or slower & shorter depending on the ability of the groups.• This is a casual social ride; we work hard & break a sweat but we’re all there because we love to ride our bikes. This is not a race! We challenge ourselves\, improve each week\, learn from other riders\, enjoy nature\, & most importantly we have some fun!• Bring your bike\, a helmet\, water\, snacks & a positive attitude!
